WJ Bankes Route Part 13

After sailing from Alexandria in the Summer of 1819, William finally docked in Trieste in the Autumn of 1819, before visiting Lord Byron in Venice during the latter months of 1819. On his route back to England he decided to visit Bologne (January 1820), Rome, Milan (11th April), Geneva (13th April), Paris (18th April), before finally returning home on the 24th April, over 7 years after he had left.
