  2. 2 : km 1.03 - alt. 0 m - Welcome Party - Simulate arriving via row boat from larger sailing vessel. All in water - Ruck Swings, Ruck Pass for several minutes, Push Ups, Russian Twists, 4 sets of sprints approx 30m-50m out/back, Sprint 80m/100m then drag ruck back. - Welcome Party
  3. 3 : km 1.66 - alt. 4 m - Lexi, Ammo, and Cannon Balls. Lexi was a 200 lb or so concrete log 6' long and about 8' on each side. Ammo and Cannon Balls we two large ammo cans weighing 100 lb and 113 lb. - Lexi !
  4. 4 : km 5.83 - alt. 2 m - Arrive at Base Camp and Deliver Lexi, Ammo and Cannon Balls
  5. 5 : km 7.22 - alt. 2 m - 3 bailed unexpectedly at this point. - Mutiny
  6. 6 : km 7.32 - alt. 2 m - Provisions and Supplies were 6 60 lb sandbags plus 2 5 gallon water containers partially full. - Filler up!
  7. S/E : km 28.22 - alt. 4 m
