5. 4 : km 0.33 - alt. 88 m - Pond entry - exit will need rope 9k rejoins here, cross the road go left - 4
6. 5 : km 0.5 - alt. 90 m - Small Cotton Reel along this route - will add an extra bear crawls switchback for Adults - 5
7. 6 : km 0.85 - alt. 88 m - tubes laying flat in the pond, straight crawl through out of the pond back across and along hedge line. - 6
8. 7 : km 1.15 - alt. 90 m - space hopper section right towards porta cabin on exit. - 7
9. 8 : km 1.35 - alt. 91 m - Switchbacks and cargo net up and down in this section - exit to embankment - 8
10. 9 : km 1.72 - alt. 93 m - up and down the banks, tyre carry for adults race. there will be a crossing point over/under tubes before the caged crawl. then to forest - 9
11. 10 : km 2.27 - alt. 91 m - ratchett tyre wall up and over A frame tyre wall Along the pond out of the forest back into the forest under A frame tyre wall up to embankment down the 3 large tyres over the up and down tyres across the raised walkway into the mud pits under the raised walkway on to embankment - 10
12. 11 : km 2.71 - alt. 92 m - Water station here across bridge walkway turn right (there will be a split of racers here wit the 2k returning) cross road into forest - 11
13. 12 : km 2.8 - alt. 91 m - Pontoons and crossing point, - 12
14. 13 : km 2.92 - alt. 90 m - Sandbag carry and obstacle course. Net 3 x Wall See Saw Mud Walk return Sandbag Enter to slide - 13
15. 14 : km 3.11 - alt. 91 m - Slide Marshal in water at the bottom Exit to warmed and sheltered area across suspended nets into extended mud crawl - 13
16. 15 : km 3.37 - alt. 90 m - straight run to next point - 14
17. 16 : km 3.76 - alt. 89 m - Cross the road into the field run to next exit point in to mangle zone - 15
18. 17 : km 3.94 - alt. 86 m - Enter the mangle zone mud pit water/mud walk mud pits rig mangle monkey bars exit walkway to bridge crossing - 16
19. 18 : km 4.18 - alt. 86 m - Cross bridge - 17
20. 19 : km 4.25 - alt. 88 m - all finishers over tubes 9k runners will pass through tubes. - 18
21. 20 : km 4.42 - alt. 89 m - Wall at entrance blade large cotton wheel - 19
22. 21 : km 4.51 - alt. 90 m - large home straight built course of hay bales - ending in pyramid to include possible slide in to inflatable pond. - 20
