  14. 13 : km 29.39 - alt. 169 m - Norbert F. Beckey Bridge The bridge was completed in 1972 to replace the Muscatine High Bridge which had stood since 1891. It is the only bridge over the Mississippi River that has LED lights that are lit every night.
