MG- V Hilly X2 Chapel Lane Pluss

This is the hilliest short route from home that is not just out & back.
This route is also very interesting and genuinely most of the best riding lanes in the local area. That said, it can’t really be classed as a bad weather route, as a couple of lanes can get flooded or really muddy on the odd occasion, but unless weather is extreme then it is fine.
Can’t call it a bad weather route because of the little bit around Beaston ( but fab loop) Also the odd bit along the Sandstone ridge, which can suddenly flood in places, but generally doesn’t. But I really think there is no way of getting a hilly ride, over a short route, as interesting and relatively dry and mud free, as this one. And there is still a cafe option at the Kelsal bikes cafe
