Swanbourne Lake, Arundel West Sussex

The lake is large, with a boating area, you can hire a row boat at the entrance. The lake has an abundance of ducks and swans with duck food available from the ice cream kiosk. There is limited public seating oppositte the gatehouse cafe, which has its own seaing inside and out, but once you walk away from this area you have to sit on the grass.
The area is very hilly. The trails around the lake are very rough, uneven, that rise and drop as you go round with the distance being just under a mile. There are other walks from this area that can take you around the edge of the Castle area. Can get busy on a warm day.
