Start at traffic lights, go along Stockport Rd turning slight right down Carrhill Rd. Turn right down Mill Lane and go all the way down to Manchester Rd. Turn left onto Manchester Rd and run all the way to Royal George. Turn left down Well-I-Hole, and the left onto Church Rd. Follow Church Rd along past Friezland School and turn right up High Grove Lane. At the top turn left onto Stockport Rd. All the way back in, finishing at the market ground.
