Outward journey is dull. Just a pisted trail. It is on a Navette route so you can avoid this bit. You can then either go up a path to the left of the ski run or up the ski run itself.
Then it is a path through woods and clearings, and then just woods. If someone has left you a trail, great. More tricky to find after a major dump of snow. The descent at 5.3km is quite steep, although wide enough not to pose any real problem. The stretch after that, when you turn left parallel with the river, contains a number of narrow paths cut into the mini-cliffs. The drops aren't that great, but getting out would be interesting. Need to be navigated carefully.
