Argyle/Hannover/Manc Rd/Roaches/Canal/Waggon Etc

Head down Argyle St and Hannover St, pick up the footpath from Stamford Rd which leads to Mill Lane.

Cross over and head left down Manchester Rd to Roaches Lock. Pick up the canal, heading right all the way to New Bridge Inn.

Head up Waggon Rd, turning right onto Manchester Rd. Follow all the way to Mill Lane. Head up Mill Lane and turn right onto Carrhill Rd, turning LEFT up Roughtown Road.

At the top turn left onto Stockport Rd, back to the club and finishing at the lights.

Cool down walk back and stretches.
