Waypoints

  1. S/E : km 0 - alt. 254 m

  4. 3 : km 6.12 - alt. 257 m - Just before crossing Measland Beck, take an unsigned track running up through the undergrowth that roughly follows the beck.
  5. 4 : km 6.49 - alt. 333 m - Go through the fence into open fell. Follow the grassy track uphill towards Measand End.
  6. 5 : km 7.32 - alt. 500 m - Follow the obvious grassy track over the fell to the summit of Low Raise.
  7. 6 : km 10.12 - alt. 750 m - Continue along the grassy track to the rocky summit of High Raise.
  8. 7 : km 11.02 - alt. 781 m - Head south of the summit of High Raise to the col with Kidsty Pike, then follow the track that contours along the hillside to Kidsty Pike's summit.
  9. 8 : km 11.96 - alt. 756 m - Follow the obvious track eastwards off Kidsty Pike's summit.
  10. 9 : km 13.51 - alt. 469 m - Just before the last crag, head down into the valley to the right on a track. It is a little steep at first, but soon levels out onto easier terrain and an obvious track.
  11. 10 : km 14.21 - alt. 259 m - Return to the carpark using the track used on the outward journey.
  12. S/E : km 16.13 - alt. 255 m
