Easy warm up run from Westwood Park CP, Chenies Ave turn left onto Elizabeth Ave, left onto Amersham Rd, left onto Stoney Ln, left onto FP to join Chessfield Rd, right onto Amersham Rd, right onto Elizabeth Ave - Stop at house nbr 162. This becomes start/finish of 1 mile rep. Recovery 0.25 continue on Elizabeth Ave to house 128 and double back to 162. Repeat a further 6 times - each rep should be at a pace 10 seconds per mile faster than your marathon pace. Cool down easy run another rep then continue on to Westwood car park.
