  5. 4 : km 3.92 - alt. 11 m - Turn left onto MacTier Street continue onto Narrabeen Lagoon Trail for approximately 6km
  6. 5 : km 4.32 - alt. 9 m - Turn right continue onto Narrabeen Lagoon Trail
  7. 6 : km 5.25 - alt. 2 m - Turn right at the end of the car park, toilets/water. Cross Pittwater Road turn right continue onto Pittwater Road
