Hurley and the Berkshire Munros, Chilterns

An interesting walk that passes the five hills south of the Thames that make up the ‘Munros’. It takes advantage of two of the area’s major long-distance paths; the Chiltern Way and Thames Path. The walk culminates in a majestic 3-mile stretch alongside the Thames.

Marlow Common, Chilterns

A beautiful walk through the beech woods of Marlow Common. Look out for bluebells in the spring, orchids in early summer, and deer and red kites all year round.

Wargrave and Crazies Hill Circular

This circular walk can be very muddy in wet weather and there are some awkward stiles. Rebecca's Well is a grade 2 listed building. An undulating walk through woods and fields on the higher ground to the north-east of Wargrave. Tree roots can be a hazard in the woods. There are no stiles. Rebecca's Well is a grade 2 listed

Wargrave to Twyford railway stations

Enjoy a mostly level walk with no stiles between Wargrave to Twyford railway stations. A shorter version is available to avoid some muddy paths in the Stanlake area but there is no footway across the railway bridge and care needs to be taken.
Marlow Circular, Chilterns

You will find boating on the Thames, an ancient wetlands area, an historic village with artistic connections, beautiful Clivedon, Reach and Boulter's lock, the famous railway bridge, Monkey Island, Eton's impressive rowing lake, arboretum and the nature reserve Windsor Castle.
Hambleden Circular

This a circular walk with a slow climb to the heights, avoiding the steep climb on the Hambleden side. On the way, visit Luxters Farm Winery and Brewery and walk parts of Shakespeare's and Chilterns Ways.
