Description of the walk

Start from the car park at the village hall on Grande Rue.

(S/E) Exit the car park and turn right onto Grande Rue until you reach Rue Salvador Alliende on the right.

(1) Follow it, then turn left onto Chemin des Boisseaux and continue straight ahead until the end.

(2) Take the path on the right, then turn left at the end and continue straight ahead until you reach a crossroads.

(3) Keep right until you reach a slightly uphill road.

(4) Follow it to the right and continue straight ahead until you reach the Fermes du Bois de Mont crossroads.

(5) Keep going straight ahead until you reach the next fork in the road at the edge of a wood.

(6) Take the path on the right and then, at the end, turn right again until you reach a road.

(7) Keep left on this road, pass the antennas and you will come to a crossroad.

(8) Cross with caution, turn right until the bend, then take the path on the left and the next path on the right going downhill (be careful, it may be slippery after rain). Go to the bottom of the descent and join a crossroads.

(9) Take the path opposite and immediately turn right and continue straight ahead until you reach a road.

(10) Keep right on the road, then take the path on the left. Stay on this side until you reach the end, then turn left to reach the car park (S/E).

I went for a run this afternoon.
It’s been raining over the last few days, so the path is muddy between 2 and 3, and less so between 4 and 5. These areas are logging sites. Bring a spare pair of shoes.
The walk is easy and very pleasant. I enjoyed these tiny, sheltered paths.
A lovely walk that I’ll do again. I’ll try to go round the area between 2 and 3, though.
