A wonderful walk through grassy valleys and over open hilltops. The walk crosses the site of the old Orford Priory, now a series of lumps in the ground, once an important settlement.

A pleasant 6 miles walk from Fotherby towards North Elkington, passing through a Deserted Medieval Village, with fine views of the eastern edge of the Wolds, across the marsh towards the coastline and round to the Humber.

This walk explores one of the extremities of East Yorkshire walking the length of the Spurn Head from Kilnsea. The walk offers wide views of the Hymber Estuary and also provides some excellent bird watching at certain times of the year.

A gentle cycle ride around the villages to the east of Louth - an ideal way to re-introduce yourself to cycling.

Hubbard's Hills was donated to the town of Louth by the trustees of Auguste Alphonse Pahud, and opened to the public on 1 August 1907.

This is a delightful walk taking you high into the Wolds. There are fine views to the coast and back to Louth with St James's Church spire visible for miles. Walking along tracks and paths, this really does give a flavour of hilly Lincolnshire.

This is an enjoyable, circular walk of 6.5 miles from Louth to Tathwell and Raithby. The route crosses fields and follows grass tracks to explore these small hamlets. Great views towards Stenigot Mast and beyond can be seen on a clear day.

This walk takes in the high points above Hubbard’s Hills before dropping down into the secluded Welton le Wold valley. Explore the historic church and parkland at South Elkington before journeying back to Louth.

Starting from Ludford, this dog-friendly walk joins the Viking Way long distance footpath and leaves the village past the old 101 Squadron airfield, skirting the edge of the Deserted Medieval Village at Wykeham and leaving the Viking Way. Onwards and upwards to Great Tows, the highest point of the walk where there are fine views of the Wolds top and often a brisk breeze blowing.

This route between two of the areas most renowned beauty spots, begins with a steady climb up the eastern rise of the Wolds but ends with a rewarding downhill return with spectacular views.

The 14 mile Round Louth Walk circles the historic market town, journeying into the surrounding countryside of the Wolds and Marsh. The route is waymarked by a blue spire walk logo. Although the full walk is 14 miles long, there are shorter circular routes using various public footpaths back into town if you don't want to do it all in one day.

The terrain of this Lincolnshire walk on the outskirts of Louth varies considerably and includes parkland, meadows, the secluded Welton Vale and windswept heights of Jack's Furze reached by a permissive footpath that gives the best views of the entire walk.

Passing through a series of lovely Lincolnshire villages, this route starts with a good climb on the edge of the Wolds and finishes with level cycling on the middle marsh.
