From the Orb to the Escandorgue via Tibet

This hike starts in Roqueredonde and takes you to the Orb river and the Tibetan Buddhist temple Lerab Ling, where you can take a short meditation break. The route then enters the Escandorgue National Forest, where the charm of the forest paths contrasts with the chaotic dolomitic landscape of the Causse. Finally, the route follows ancient paths worn by passing flocks of sheep.

Between nature and the city in Béziers

Walk on the outskirts of Béziers between nature and the city. Visit some of the city's remarkable points of interest. Always follow the water, in the shade if you choose the protected bank, passing through the locks (+ 2 footbridges) or along the Orb. The route is very easy as it mainly follows footpaths, with short sections shared with cars (be careful), and is accessible to children. It takes just over an hour at a brisk pace, or two hours at a leisurely pace.
Between Canal du Midi and Béziers

This route starts at the nine locks of Fonseranes and takes you on a journey of discovery through the riches of Béziers, along the Canal du Midi and the Orb river.
The banks of the Orb river

Sometimes calm, sometimes tumultuous, discover the Orb on this walk. Many international canoe/kayak competitions take place in the Réals basin. A basin with a reputation for being highly technical.
Loop starting from Le Pin

This hike offers beautiful views of the foothills of the Massif Central and the plain to the south, with the Orb valley winding at the foot of the slope, and to the north, facing the Carroux massif and the Gorges d'Héric.
Le Caroux - south-west facing

This is the fourth circuit in a "pentalogy" of balcony trails on the slopes and cliffs of Caroux, offering superb panoramic views and cliffs in a very mineral environment consisting of ledges and ridges. An aerial, athletic and technical route, without being challenging or dangerous. Not to be attempted in wet weather, as the ground can be slippery in places, particularly around the boulders that need to be crossed. This circuit starts from the hamlet of La Coste, climbs straight up the ridge of the same name towards Roc de Bartouyre, before continuing horizontally towards Col de l'Ours and Saut de l'Âne, descending via a stony path towards Saint-Martin de l'Arçon, and finally returning to the starting point in the neighbouring hamlet.
The Orb and Bitoulet valleys

A pleasant walk that climbs slightly at the start of this circuit through oak trees, leading to the small Notre-Dame de Capimont Sanctuary, a true haven of peace and coolness. Overlooking the Orb and Bitoulet valleys, you will be in the shade during hot weather and a panoramic view awaits you there.
