Cranmore Tower to Shepton Mallet

Frome to Whatley and Nunney

A circular walk from Frome to Whatley, then to Nunney along Nunney Combe and back to Frome via Critchill Farm.It features the eastern end of the East Mendip Way.
Evercreech to Batcombe and back along the River Alham

A thoroughly pleasant and not very arduous walk from Evercreech to Chesterblade, then to Batcombe and back along the River Alham. There are quite a few hills but none of them are very long and the total ascent of the walk is surprisingly modest.
South Cadbury, Somerset

The walk follows the Corton Ridge and offers great views across the Somerset Levels and the Dorset Hills. It has great historic significance as Cadbury Castle is reputed to be Camelot King Arthur's Castle. You also cross the ancient medieval village of Whitcombe. It's an up and downer and can be boggy in wet weather. As an incentive there are two great pubs you can call in at!
Babcary Meadows Nature Reserve
Species rich hay meadow. To see the reserve at its best visit between April and mid-July before the annual hay cut.
Cameley and Hinton Blewett from Litton

This Somerset walk takes you through unspoilt countryside sheletered beneath the slopes of the Mendip Hills. The route includes tracks, footpaths and quiet country lanes.
The Cam Brook Valley from Southstoke
A Somerset walk in the northern part of the county. The undulating route explores the hills and valleys to the south of Southstoke using field paths, the course of an old railway and tracks.
From Winsley with great views
A six and a half mile walk with one steep hill which affords many open views on a mix of quiet roads and paths - some through wooded areas and some with broad open views.
From Stanton Prior via Burnett, Compton Dando and Marksbury.
Reasonably lengthy walk of nearly 8 miles, to test your navigation skills, but offering lovely open views of the Somerset countryside.
Tunnels and Kennet and Avon Canal

A walk with fine views over Bath. Then a taste of 19th Century transport following the Somerset and Dorset disused railway through two tunnels, with information about the railway's history. Later picking up the Kennet and Avon Canal for the return journey to Bath.
Harptree Combe, Niver North Top and River Chew from West Harptree

This circular walk uses well know ways including Monarch's Way, Mendip Trail or Limestone Link and provides a good way to discover wild Harptree Combe and paths in farmland with great views to Chew Valley Lake
Win Green & Tollard Royal
A walk from Wiltshire's highest point and through the villages of Tollard Royal and Berwick St James
Semington - canal & river
Walk along reasonable flat paths by canal and river.
Along River Chew, Pensford and Hunstrete Lake from Compton Dando

This circular walk explores paths around Compton Dando using sections of Two Rivers Way and Three Peaks Walk. You will walk along River Chew, also go across Lord's and Common Woods by Hunstrete Lake.
