Withernsea walks

This walk explores one of the extremities of East Yorkshire walking the length of the Spurn Head from Kilnsea. The walk offers wide views of the Hymber Estuary and also provides some excellent bird watching at certain times of the year.

This is a delightful walk taking you high into the Wolds. There are fine views to the coast and back to Louth with St James's Church spire visible for miles. Walking along tracks and paths, this really does give a flavour of hilly Lincolnshire.

Starting from Ludford, this dog-friendly walk joins the Viking Way long distance footpath and leaves the village past the old 101 Squadron airfield, skirting the edge of the Deserted Medieval Village at Wykeham and leaving the Viking Way.
